Jeanne Whitehead is a writer, editor, photographer and publisher. Born in Picton, Ontario, Whitehead moved to Atlantic Canada in 1986; it was in the Town of Riverview, New Brunswick that she raised her two daughters, Kathleen and Shannon Cushing.

Jeanne Whitehead studied Journalism at Carleton University and has written for corporations, government, newspapers, and magazines. She is also a photographer offering both on-site and studio services.

In 1995, Whitehead launched That Riverview Magazine, a publication designed to inform and entertain the community’s residents.  Two years later, she launched Come On In! (Greater Moncton’s Magazine).  1999-2001, at the invitation of teachers in School District 16, Whitehead mentored students at Miramichi Valley High and James M. Hill, then published their articles in The Very Best! (the magazine of the Miramichi).

Print publishing invariably led to web publishing; Whitehead has added affordable website creation and maintenance to the list of services she offers to small businesses and individuals.
