K.W. Cushing

Kathleen Cushing attended Queen's University
where she studied Fine Arts. She represented
New Brunswick as a visual artist at the 2001
Canada Games and continues to hone her craft
as a portrait artist, working primarily in charcoal.

In 2006, Kathleen graduated on the Dean's List
from NBCC Woodstock with a Diploma in
Journalism. Kathleen had long been interested
in writing and was the recipient of the Writers
Federation of New Brunswick Sheree Fitch Prize
for fiction in 2000.
